Greg Scrivner is a fifth generation Boisean, with his pioneering ancestors arriving in the Boise valley by covered wagon in the early days of the last century. After attending the University of Oregon, and subsequently graduating from Boise State University, Greg pursued a construction management career with Morrison Knudsen Company in Alaska, San Francisco, New York City, and Colombia, South America.

Greg returned to Boise and received his Idaho real estate license in 1989. He has been a member of Intermountain MLS and a multimillion-dollar real estate sales producer for the last fourteen years. Greg is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), current Idaho Association of Realtors (IAR) State Director, a past Director for the Ada County Association of Realtors (ACAR), and a past chairman of the "Circle of Excellence."

Greg's real estate practice has focused on two main areas; residential sales of existing homes and residential new construction. Presently Greg works with a great team of quality builders, including Frost Homes, Table Rock Construction, Emmett Price & Sons, Hobbs Quality Homes, Feekes Homes, Hale Development and Robin Labrie of Studio "L" Architecture.

Greg represents building lots and new homes in the "Terra Nativa" neighborhood at Roanoke and Eastdale, and in three new patio and townhome developments: "Bridgewalk," located at Boise Ave and Gekeler; "The Villas at Banbury Meadows," located off Eagle Road at Colchester; "Elizabeth Place," located at Sunset Avenue and 27th; and "The Garden Plaza Townhomes," located at 36th and Hill Road. Greg also represents numerous spacious view lots in the "El Paseo" neighborhood off Warm Springs Road at Windsong.
